1. Seller and subject of the purchase
ИП Родин Дмитрий Евгеньевич (an individual entrepreneur) provides individuals with paid, fixed-term access to the advanced features of the Sanvimo online service for personal use. Seller details and contact options are on the contact page.
The contract covers operating and providing access to Pro features throughout the paid period: food logging, recipes, analysis and planning. The buyer receives remote access to the service, not exclusive rights or source code. Paid access is not deemed fully provided at the first activation.
Sanvimo helps track nutrition. Purchasing Pro is not a medical service and does not guarantee weight loss or any other health outcome.
2. Purchasing through RuStore Pay
On Android you can choose RuStore Pay when available. Sanvimo Pro is purchased for a selected duration with a one-time payment and no automatic renewal. The offer, final price, currency and applicable terms appear in the app and payment screen before confirmation.
YooKassa prices and receipt arrangements do not automatically apply to RuStore. Pro is provided to the Sanvimo account in which the purchase was started; use the same account on another device. Updating the app or changing its installation source does not itself require another purchase.
Contact Sanvimo support about a payment, missing access or a refund. RuStore payment rules and mandatory consumer rights also apply to RuStore purchases. Telegram Stars remains a separate payment channel.
3. Price and duration
RUB purchases offer three access durations. Each includes the same Pro features; only the duration differs. A day is exactly 24 hours. The periods are not calendar months, half-years or years.
The table shows the full YooKassa price for the chosen period in Russian roubles. Check RuStore prices in its payment screen before confirming. The seller does not add payment-provider fees. Possible conversion and buyer bank fees are explained in the foreign-card section. VAT is not charged under the seller’s applicable exemption.
Extending access requires a new purchase. There are no automatic charges, automatic renewal or consent to recurring payments. The chosen duration and total are shown before payment; the price of that order does not change after payment.

4. When the contract is concluded
This edition applies to an order when shown to and accepted by the buyer before payment. Mentioning a future payment method does not mean it is available. Browsing the website, registering or choosing a pricing card is not a purchase.
To buy, sign in to your account in a Sanvimo version with RUB checkout available, check the product, duration and total, read these terms and the refund policy, confirm acceptance, and pay for the order.
The contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms successful payment for that order. A failed attempt, a bank hold or returning from the payment page does not itself confirm a purchase. The version accepted before payment applies to the order.
5. Access after a YooKassa purchase
Pro is provided automatically to the purchasing account after successful payment is confirmed, within 24 hours of that confirmation. If no Pro period is active, the paid period starts when access is actually provided. Time spent waiting for activation is not deducted from the purchased period.
If Pro is already active, the new paid period follows the existing paid period without consuming purchased days simultaneously. Start and end dates are shown in the account. A purchase that cannot increase available access must not be accepted for payment.
Pro belongs to the purchasing account and works in the browser and linked Telegram after ownership is verified. Android uses the same account; availability of individual features depends on the app version. A purchase does not create another account or automatically merge existing histories. Linking a sign-in method does not add paid days.
Purchases inside Telegram use Telegram Stars with separate documents. These money-purchase terms do not change Stars pricing, payment or refunds.
6. Using the service
Access requires a supported browser or the Sanvimo Android app, an internet connection and account sign-in. You can try the free plan before purchasing. Keep access to your chosen sign-in method and do not share credentials with other people.
Not using an available, properly functioning service does not itself pause the period. You may request termination of further paid access and a refund as described in the refund policy.
Interface updates and maintenance do not remove the obligation to provide paid features. Statutory remedies remain available for faults, missing access or other deficiencies. No blanket “non-refundable digital product” rule applies.
After the paid period ends, Free features and limits apply. Ending Pro does not itself request deletion of the account or all its data.
7. Receipts, data and contact
Payment and electronic receipt delivery are explained separately. YooKassa requires a valid receipt email before payment. RuStore confirmations are described in the RuStore payment section. Account, order and support data are covered by the single Sanvimo privacy policy.

8. Version, effect and consumer rights
Edition dated 29 October 2026, version COMMERCE-2026-10-29.1. For each purchase, these terms take effect when the contract is concluded as described above.
A new edition applies to future purchases and does not retrospectively worsen an already-paid order’s terms. Russian law applies, including the directly applicable Union State Unified Consumer Protection Rules.
Any mandatory provision that gives the buyer broader rights prevails. Contacting support does not limit access to a competent authority or court. These terms do not impose a mandatory pre-action procedure or exclusive jurisdiction at the seller’s location.
The English version is provided for convenient reading. If wording differs, the Russian edition applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
